The Camp Just Kids FAQ's will explain the program in detail: activities and hours of operations.
To register by mail, print out and complete the following forms:
Camp Just Kids registration form. (Please print and filled out completely)
New Jersey’s child care licensing required information and policies. (Please print and sign first page only)
Child care food program eligibility application. If ineligible, just complete top section, write "ineligible" in income section, and sign/date the bottom.
Credit card automatic deduction authorization form.
Parent Agreement (Please print and fill out completely)
Complete all the forms above and mail or email them to :
